Vendor Terms
These Vendor Terms apply to all independent service providers (“Vendors”) who accept jobs through ListRunHQ. They are in addition to the main Terms of Service.

1. Independent Status
Vendors are independent service providers, not employees, partners, agents, or franchisees of ListRunHQ. Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, business registration, insurance, equipment, and workers.
2. Legal Compliance
- Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
- Vendors must maintain any required licences, insurance, permits, WSIB or worker safety coverage, and other legal authorities required to perform their services.
- Vendors must comply with privacy and consumer-protection laws when handling customer information.
3. Accurate Business Information
Vendors must provide and keep current accurate business information, including business name, contact details, service area, qualifications, and any documents requested by ListRunHQ for verification.
4. Job Acceptance and Performance
- Vendors must not accept jobs they are not qualified, equipped, insured, or available to complete.
- Vendors must complete accepted jobs safely, professionally, and in accordance with the job description.
- Vendors must communicate promptly and clearly with customers and ListRunHQ.
- Vendors must upload truthful completion proof, including photos and notes where requested.
5. Customer and Property Information
Vendors must protect customer and property information. Vendors must not use customer or property information for any purpose other than performing the assigned job, and must not contact customers outside the Platform for purposes that bypass ListRunHQ.
6. Anti-Circumvention
Vendors must not bypass the Platform after receiving a job lead through ListRunHQ. This includes soliciting off-platform payment, creating side arrangements, or attempting to avoid platform fees for jobs originated through ListRunHQ.
7. Suspension and Removal
Vendors may be suspended or removed for poor performance, repeated complaints, fraud, unsafe conduct, dishonest completion proof, anti-circumvention, abuse of customers or staff, or any breach of these Vendor Terms or the Terms of Service.
8. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListRunHQ and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, or losses arising from work performed by the Vendor, the Vendor’s misrepresentations, the Vendor’s breach of law, or the Vendor’s breach of these Vendor Terms.
