Customer Terms

These Customer Terms apply to all users who request services on ListRunHQ — including realtors, property managers, landlords, homeowners, and other customers. They are in addition to the main Terms of Service.

1. Authority to Request Service

Customers must have the legal authority to request services at the property in question. Submitting a request without authority is a serious violation and may result in account suspension and referral to authorities.

2. Accurate Service Details

Customers must provide accurate and complete details about the property, the requested service, scheduling preferences, access instructions, and any safety considerations.

3. Safe and Lawful Access

Customers must ensure that vendors can access the property safely and lawfully, including providing accurate codes, keys, lockbox details, contact information, and warnings about hazards or restrictions.

4. No Unlawful, Unsafe, or Misleading Requests

Customers must not request unlawful entry, surveillance, harassment, intentional damage, unsafe work, or any service that misrepresents what is being performed.

5. Vendor Information

Customers must not misuse vendor information. Vendor contact details, profiles, and uploaded materials are provided for the purpose of completing the job and resolving any related issues only.

6. Support, Refunds, and Disputes

Customers must use the support, refund, and dispute processes in good faith. Repeated abuse — such as filing false claims, fabricating issues, or initiating chargebacks for legitimately performed work — may result in account restriction or termination. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
