ListRunHQ is built on trust between customers, realtors, property managers, landlords, homeowners, and vendors. This policy sets the minimum standards for using the Platform safely, lawfully, and respectfully.

Expected Conduct
- Be honest. Provide accurate information about yourself, your business, your property, and the work to be performed.
- Be respectful. Treat other users, vendors, and ListRunHQ staff with professional courtesy.
- Be safe. Follow all applicable laws, safety standards, and property access requirements.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use ListRunHQ to:
- Commit fraud, deception, or financial abuse;
- Request unlawful access to any property;
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or coerce any person;
- Discriminate against any person based on a protected ground;
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise misappropriate the Platform;
- Circumvent fees, payments, or platform processes;
- Misuse vendor or customer information for unrelated purposes;
- Share private or confidential information without proper authority;
- Post false, misleading, or fabricated reviews;
- Abuse refunds, disputes, or chargebacks;
- Use the Platform for surveillance, stalking, intimidation, or coercive conduct.
Enforcement
ListRunHQ may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning users, removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, freezing payouts, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities. Decisions are made at ListRunHQ’s reasonable discretion in accordance with the Terms of Service.
