How do I request a service?+

Sign in, enter the property address, choose a service, review the estimate, and submit. The request is dispatched to eligible vendors in the area.

How are vendors assigned?+

Approved vendors who serve your area and offer the requested service are notified. The first vendor to accept is assigned to the job.

Are rush services available?+

Where supported, rush requests can be selected at submission. A surcharge may apply and is computed server-side.

When do I receive an invoice?+

An invoice record is generated after the order is submitted and is updated as the job progresses.

Do vendors need insurance?+

Vendors may be required to provide insurance documentation and other compliance records as part of onboarding.

What happens if no vendor accepts?+

If no vendor accepts within the service window, the request remains pending and you can cancel or modify it.

How are disputes handled?+

Open a dispute from the order page. Admin reviews uploaded photos, status history, and notes before resolving.
