1. Platform Role

ListRunHQ is a technology platform and marketplace that connects users with independent third-party vendors. ListRunHQ is not itself a real estate brokerage, real estate agent, property management firm, cleaning company, contractor, construction company, legal advisor, tax advisor, insurance advisor, or payment processor.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, tax, accounting, insurance, real estate brokerage, or other professional advice. Users should consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.

3. “As Is” and “As Available”

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. No Guarantees

  • ListRunHQ does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation;
  • ListRunHQ does not guarantee vendor availability, response time, pricing, or service outcomes;
  • ListRunHQ does not guarantee listing success, property sale outcomes, business revenue, or any specific result;
  • ListRunHQ does not guarantee the conduct of customers, vendors, or other users.

5. Third-Party Vendors

Vendors are independent service providers and are responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and completion of their work. Except where required by law, ListRunHQ is not responsible for the acts or omissions of vendors, customers, or other third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ListRunHQ and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including (without limitation) lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, property delays, reputational harm, or third-party damages, arising out of or related to the Platform or any services arranged through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ListRunHQ and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any law.
